Boiled Eggs

Eggs are eaten raw with the yolk blended in juice or wine. They are usually prepared fried, scrambled, mollet, poached, omelet, in salad or boiled. To spot a very fresh egg simply place it gently in a bowl of cold water (right). If it lies on its side at the bottom of the water, it's fresh. In an upright position, it's a couple of days old and still good to cook. But, if it floats to the top of the water, it's surely bad, discard!

Ingredients:

3 to 4 fresh eggs (large)

Sprinkle of salt

Tip of hot sauce or pikliz

Hint of black pepper

1 banana
