Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  4-5 ripe mangoes (Haiti)

  1 cup evaporated milk

  2 teaspoons "Vanilla" (extract)

  1 cup water

  1/2 cup sugar

  1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  1 can condensed milk

  1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Wash mangoes, peel and dice pulp.

 

2. Blend with 1 cup of water, then strain puree.

 

3. In a bowl pour puree, add milk, sugar, nestle, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and salt.

 

4. Combine ingredients and stir. The consistency must be thick.

 

5. Pour mixture in a chilled ice cream maker and let thicken following the ice cream maker instructions (20 minutes).

 

6. Store ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve and enjoy!

HOMEMADE SWEET POTATO PUDDING!
u Don't have ice cream maker, use ice cube tray. Place ice cream cubes in blender and pulse.
